By accessing or using RankVibe at rankvibe.org ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users including shop owners, barbers, and any visitors to the platform.

RankVibe is an AI-powered reputation management platform designed for local businesses. The Service includes:

• ·A review funnel system for generating customer reviews via QR codes.
• ·A dashboard for shop owners to monitor reviews, competitors, and business insights.
• ·A barber portal for individual barbers to view their personal stats and schedule.
• ·AI-generated review response suggestions.
• ·Optional Google Calendar integration to display upcoming appointments.

To access the Service you must create an account. You agree to:

• ·Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• ·Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
• ·Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
• ·Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent activity.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• ·Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• ·Post false, misleading, or fraudulent reviews or feedback.
• ·Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• ·Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure.
• ·Scrape, copy, or redistribute platform content without permission.
• ·Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

RankVibe integrates with Google services including Google Sign-In and Google Calendar. By connecting these integrations you agree to:

• ·Google's Terms of Service (policies.google.com/terms) and applicable Google API terms.
• ·Grant RankVibe read-only access to your Google Calendar solely to display your appointments.
• ·Understand that you may revoke access at any time via your Google Account settings or within the RankVibe dashboard.

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on RankVibe are owned by or licensed to RankVibe. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

You retain ownership of any content you submit (reviews, feedback, business information). By submitting content you grant RankVibe a non-exclusive licence to use it to provide the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• ·The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
• ·AI-generated content (review responses, insights) is always accurate or suitable for your specific situation.
• ·Results from using the Service (e.g. increased reviews or rankings) are guaranteed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RankVibe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service, with reasonable notice where possible.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
