RankVibe ("we", "us", or "our") provides an AI-powered reputation management platform for local businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use RankVibe at rankvibe.org.

By using RankVibe, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

We collect the following types of information:

• ·Account information: name, email address, and business details provided during registration.
• ·Google Account information: when you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google.
• ·Google Calendar data: if you connect your Google Calendar, we read your upcoming calendar events to display your appointment schedule. We do not store, modify, or delete your calendar events.
• ·Review and feedback data: customer ratings and private feedback submitted through your review QR code.
• ·Usage data: pages visited, features used, and other standard analytics to improve the platform.

RankVibe offers an optional Google Calendar integration for barbers to view their upcoming appointments within the dashboard.

• ·We request read-only access to your Google Calendar events using the calendar.readonly scope.
• ·We only read events to display them in your dashboard — we never create, modify, or delete calendar events.
• ·Calendar data is fetched in real time and is not permanently stored on our servers.
• ·You can disconnect your Google Calendar at any time from your Appointments page.
• ·Revoking access via Google Account settings (myaccount.google.com) will immediately stop all calendar access.

Our use of Google Calendar data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• ·To provide and operate the RankVibe platform and dashboard.
• ·To display your Google Calendar appointments in the Barber Portal.
• ·To generate AI-powered review responses and reputation insights for your business.
• ·To send important service notifications (no marketing emails without consent).
• ·To improve the platform and diagnose technical issues.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except:

• ·Service providers: we use Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), and OpenAI (AI features) to operate the platform. These providers process data only as necessary to deliver services.
• ·Legal requirements: we may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the email below. Google Calendar data is not stored — it is fetched live and discarded after each session.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication via Supabase, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You have the right to:

• ·Access the personal data we hold about you.
• ·Request correction of inaccurate data.
• ·Request deletion of your account and data.
• ·Disconnect third-party integrations (Google Calendar, Google Sign-In) at any time.
• ·Withdraw consent for data processing where consent is the legal basis.

RankVibe is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
